Jennifer Stagnaro – High Tech

Jennifer is a serial marketing entrepreneur who is passionate about bringing innovative technologies to market. Beginning with a deep interest in new technology, a relentless pursuit to understand and articulate the value proposition to all audiences, an analytical approach to segmenting markets and identifying customers, Stagnaro has led global marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns that engage the customer and drive measurable results.  Jennifer’s experience spans markets, technologies, distribution channels, and geographies.  As the CMO of several innovative Silicon Valley companies including Immersion, Audience, Shoretel, CopperCom, and Red Brick Systems, Jennifer has a track record for leading teams to create leadership positions in new markets.  Jennifer began her career at Procter & Gamble.  She holds an AB in Applied Math with a focus in Computer Science from Harvard University.

Steve Stagnaro – Consumer and Event Marketing

Stagnaro took his degree in Journalism into broadcasting, eventually becoming the general manager and partner in a central California radio station. After a stint as an airline pilot he started what is now Stagnaro Strategic Marketing in 1992. The agency is known for supplying results driven marketing to local and regional retailers as well as healthy crowds to a select group of prestigious events in the Silicon Valley/Monterey Bay region.

Stagnaro graduated from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelors of Science in Journalism and has served as past president of the Ad Club, Boys & Girls Club and Downtown Business Association, and continues to serve on numerous non profit and community boards.  Steve is married with a son and two daughters and enjoys flying, gardening and his secret life as an award winning amateur winemaker.

Rachel Stagnaro – Digital

Rachel Stagnaro was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelors of Arts in Communications and English.  She continued on to get Marketing Certificates specializing in Online Marketing in both Santa Barbara and Australia. Ms. Stagnaro brings over 13 years of online marketing experience to Stagnaro Strategic Marketing and currently heads up the digital marketing department.

Prior to joining Stagnaro Strategic Marketing, Rachel was in charge of digital marketing strategy and execution at companies such as Citrix Online, Sonos, and Commission Junction. Rachel not only has experience with local and small business domestically, but also has experience internationally having spent three years leading online marketing efforts across Asia Pacific for Citrix Online and two years running international public relations throughout Europe for Sonos. Rachel has experience in all aspects of digital and online marketing such as display, affiliate, search, email, webcasts, and all forms of social media as well as a wealth of knowledge in public relations.

Rachel is married with two young sons and spends most of her free time playing with cars and trucks or figuring out how to get mud out of little boy’s socks.
